Smart Payment Collections
Smart collection offers full payment remittance/collections services. Residents will remit their utility payments each month to a designated bank account via our multiple smart payment gateways. Received payments will be administered and forwarded to the property management/client each month, less applicable fees. We will issue follow-ups rough various channels and with high level of support from the customer service on behalf of our Clients.
With our detailed and accurate bills, residents have higher visibility into charges and fewer questions. Our Clients collection rate is significantly higher than the industry average rate of 70%.
